The cottage is located approximately 15 kilometers north of Lac du Bourget, which offers a beach, pedal boats, water skiing, and a restaurant.

This terraced house is approximately 65 square meters and includes a garden (approximately 25 square meters) with garden furniture and a barbecue.
There are two parking spaces in front of the house.
The basement has a washing machine and dryer, with space to accommodate two bikes.
Five adult bikes are provided, including one city bike, one mountain bike, and four others.
The cottage has three bedrooms:
1 - a double bed (140 cm)
2 - a double bed (120 cm) and a loft bed (90 cm, elevated)
3 - a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). It can accommodate up to three people.
An additional mattress in bedroom 3 and a sofa bed in the living room can accommodate extra guests for an additional cost of 5 euros per person per day.
Linen and towels are provided, and kitchen utensils are available, including a gas oven, a 4-ring gas cooker, a microwave, a toaster, a refrigerator with freezer, and a dishwasher.
There is enough tableware for seven people.
The living room is equipped with a TV, a VCR, a DVD player, a mini HiFi system, WiFi, board games, and a library.
