Situated near Chinon and in close proximity to renowned castles such as Ussé, Azay le Rideau, Villandry, and cultural sites like the Abbey of Fontevraud, our house is ideally located along the Loire bike route. With a total of 4 bedrooms, the Magnanerie welcomes you with its charming Tuffeau facade and slate roof, reminiscent of the 19th century. Nestled in a 3000 m² garden, it offers a tranquil and serene atmosphere.Upstairs, our spacious bedrooms ("Chrysalide" and "Nymphe" measuring 30 m², and "Fil de soi" measuring 37 m²) provide a romantic ambiance, plush king-size beds (180cm), and en-suite bathrooms with private toilets. These rooms require a minimum booking of 2 nights.
On the ground floor, the "Cocoon" bedroom measuring 20 m² grants direct access to the garden. Styled with a charming "country chic" decor, it offers all the necessary comforts including a private shower and toilet.
During weekends from Friday evening to Monday evening, we invite you to indulge in the flavors of the local gastronomic heritage at our table d'hôtes. To ensure availability, please reserve your spot at least 48 hours in advance.

Experience a tranquil stay in the heart of Touraine at La Magnanerie in Savigny-en-Véron. Our spacious guest rooms, ranging from 20 to 30 m2, including a private bathroom and WC, provide ample space for relaxation. Named Chrysalide, Nymphe, and Fil de soie, these rooms pay homage to the house's silk-producing history and offer a romantic ambiance with pastel tones. For a more rustic feel, Cocon embraces the charm of the countryside.Cocon, located on the ground floor, boasts a queen-size double bed (160x200) and provides a self-contained experience with a separate entrance. Chrysalide features a luxurious king-size double bed (180x200), while Fil de soie and Nymphe can accommodate either a large double bed (180) or two single beds (90). Each room is furnished with a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and a cozy lounge area.
