This cozy and inviting gite is perfect for a comfortable and warm stay. It can accommodate 6-9 people and offers 150 m² of space spread across two floors. The ground floor consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa (which can also sleep two additional guests) and a charming fireplace with an insert. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, one with two single beds, another with a double bed, and the third with two smaller double beds.

In addition to the bedrooms, there is a games room/reading room and a convenient cloakroom. The gite also features a bathroom and two separate toilets. Central heating ensures a cozy atmosphere throughout the year.

Outside, you can enjoy 100 m² of private grounds, including a courtyard area with a former Bachat (a traditional wooden shelter) and a lovely lawn. There is also a garage for your convenience.

Located in an isolated hamlet, this gite is a paradise for nature lovers and walkers. There are numerous scenic walks starting right from the doorstep, and the famous GR3 hiking trail passes through the village. For those who enjoy water activities or winter sports, the St Anthème Lake and Ski Resort is only 12 km away. The bustling city of St-Etienne is 40 km away, while Roanne is just 50 km away.

The gite is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. These include a garden, a fenced area, a washing machine, a television, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a fireplace/wood stove. Bedding and other essentials are provided.
