Groundfloor:The ground floor of this property features a spacious kitchen (16 m2) equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, gas cooker with an oven and 4 burners, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, mixer, electric carver, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, raclette set, fondue set, and hoover.
There is also a dining room (14 m2), a bathroom with a shower (4 m2), and a separate toilet (2 m2).
First floor:
Moving up to the first floor, you'll find a cozy living room (20 m2) with a TV, CD/DVD player, amp, and speakers.
There are three bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom (11 m2) features a double bed, while the second bedroom (16 m2) has two single beds. The third bedroom (16 m2) also has a double bed. Upon request, one of the double beds can be replaced with two single beds.
Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet (6 m2).
Outside:
Outside, you can enjoy the convenience of a barbecue and garden furniture. There are also various children's games available, including a swing, slide, trampoline, and sandpit. Furthermore, the property provides private parking.
