Welcome to Gite les Mimosas (3 stars), located in a beautiful, independent house of 120 square meters, nestled in a century-old olive grove on a fenced property of 3500 square meters. Situated at an altitude of 600 meters, surrounded by serene mountains, our gite offers absolute tranquility.Conveniently located between the sea and the mountains, we are just 20 kilometers away from NICE and close to the Mercantour National Park, as well as the cities of Cannes and Menton.
Our gite features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and toilet. Guests can also enjoy a shared lounge area with a fireplace, HIFI, television, and DVD player. Stay connected with our high-speed internet access.
A fully equipped, independent kitchen is available for your convenience, and a terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture allows for outdoor relaxation. Parking is available on the premises, with accommodation for 11 guests, including four double beds, one single bed (80x180), and a sofa bed for two in the lounge.
Ideal for nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts, and those seeking to explore medieval fortified villages, our location offers numerous opportunities for exploration. Nearby, you will find a variety of medieval fortified villages to visit, as well as rivers for leisurely walks. We also welcome dogs on the premises.

TO REACH US:
- Take Exit A8 - No. 55 NICE EST on the highway.
- At the second traffic light, turn left onto the expressway towards CONTES / SOSPEL. Continue on the expressway until the end (approximately 9 kms).
- At the end of the expressway, at the last roundabout, turn right towards L'ESCARENE / BERRE LES ALPES.
- Follow Route Nationale 2204 for 6.5 kms towards L'ESCARENE until reaching "COL DE NICE".
- At "COL DE NICE", take a left onto RD 215 towards BERRE LES ALPES. Continue for 3 kms until reaching "chemin de Meingarde".
- At "chemin de Meingarde", turn right (dead-end road). Follow the sign and go until the end of the road. On the small square, take a left and the first house on the right will have a black wrought iron gate.
