We offer various rental options, including the price per room for suites in the guest house or the entire villa rental. If you are interested in renting, kindly confirm your choice from the following options:

1. The entire villa.
2. The Trouloulou suite with an integrated bathroom.
3. The Paul suite with a reserved bathroom on the landing.
4. The Paul room with a shared bathroom (with Virginie).
5. The Virginie room with a shared bathroom (with Paul).

Please indicate your preferred choice of rooms or any additional requirements such as taxis. Your quote will be provided based on your conditions of stay and the number of people. Below is an example of the basic pricing for the villa or guest house:

- Low Season (April, May, June, July, August, September): 1280 per month or 42 per day for an empty house or 1280 per month or 42 per day for a guest house.
- High Season (October, November, December, January, February, March): 1480 per month or 49 per day for an empty house for four guests.

Please note that the swimming pool, tennis field, living room, dining room, terrace, and outdoor parking are shared amenities. The presence of the owner may be possible and desirable, so kindly inform us if you have any preferences regarding this.

For long-term rentals of more than three months, a special rate of 1100 per month is available for a maximum of four people. However, please be aware that these rates may be slightly adjusted depending on the length of stay and the season.

"Welcome to our comfortable house, designed in the traditional Mauritian Creole aesthetic. This lovely rental property features a spacious suite, two bedrooms, a living room, dining room, two bathrooms, and a large terrace. The rooms are generously sized and well-furnished with a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table, and mirror. The house itself is bright and airy, with tastefully decorated interiors featuring colonial paintings. Both the interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and shutters have been completely redone.

The location of the house is superb, just 200 meters away from the sandy beach of Grand Baie Center. Additionally, it is only 2 kilometers away from the beautiful beach of Pointe aux Canonniers and 5 kilometers away from the beach of Pereybère, making it a convenient 15-minute walk from the city center of Grand Baie. The bus station is conveniently located only 50 meters away, offering frequent and affordable transportation options.

One of the highlights of this rental is the fully air-conditioned villa, covering a spacious area of 136 square meters. It is perfectly maintained and furnished to provide a comfortable stay. The dining room and TV lounge open up to the terrace and exotic garden, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The large covered terrace can accommodate up to eight people for dining. The residence also offers shared outdoor facilities, including a swimming pool with a barbecue kiosk, surrounded by a garden filled with mango and coconut trees, as well as other exotic plants. The barbecues around the pool add to the charm of this little paradise. Additionally, two tennis courts are available for use.

For those who prefer dining out, shops and restaurants can be easily reached within five minutes by bus. However, if you prefer to cook your own meals, a large modern and well-equipped kitchen is at your disposal.

The rental property comes with a comprehensive inventory of fixtures, including household appliances such as a washing machine, water heater, water pump, oven with plates, two refrigerator freezers, microwave, blender, emergency lamp, kettle, rice cooker, coffee maker, toaster, minute cooker, wok, ironing board and iron, clocks, and tables. Additionally, all necessary linen, sheets, pillows, towels, gloves, and blankets are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, stainless steel plates, bowls, coffee cups, tea maker, steak knives, cookware, stove pans, dishes, knives, and other kitchen utensils.

Please note that no work or painting is permitted in the house without prior approval, and the tenant is not allowed to change the locks. Any anomalies or issues should be immediately reported to the owner, who will take appropriate action.

The security deposit is €400 and will be refunded within one month after deducting any costs for replaced objects, restoration, additional cleaning, and consumption. If the security deposit is insufficient, the tenant is responsible for completing the required amount.

The tenant is obliged to fulfill certain responsibilities, while the owner is responsible for major repairs during the lease term. It is recommended that the tenant obtains their own civil and damage insurance.

In case of non-payment or non-compliance with the agreement, the owner has the right to terminate the agreement after eight days of unsuccessful formal notice.
