We are offering a detached house for rent on our family property, suitable for 2 to 4 people. The house has been fully renovated and measures 20 m2. It is surrounded by a large fenced area, providing a quiet and wooded environment, perfect for those seeking peace and tranquility. The house has a lot of charm and character.Inside, you will find a living room equipped with a kitchenette, including a fridge, microwave, and electric plates. The sofa in the living room can comfortably sleep two people, providing a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The house also features a shower room with a toilet.
Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture, lounge chairs, and an umbrella. The property offers a private and secluded space without any direct view from neighbors.

There is also the possibility of accommodating two additional guests in a mezzanine with a double bed. However, please note that access to the mezzanine might not be practical for everyone.
The house is conveniently located near the Orient Forest Park, with the lakes just a 10-minute drive away. The bike path Troyes/Dienville is also only 5 minutes away. A supermarket can be reached within a 5-minute drive, while the city of Troyes, known for its magnificent architectural heritage and factory outlet stores, is just 10 minutes away. Additionally, the popular amusement park Nigloland is only a 30-minute drive away.
The house is available for rent starting from the weekend of 08/28/15. The weekend rate is 50 euros per night, and the weekly rate is 40 euros per night. For a full week (Saturday to Saturday), the price is 200 euros. If you are interested in a longer stay, please feel free to contact us for further information.
We also offer additional services, such as the rental of sheets for 10 euros, the rental of bath towels and a towel for 5 euros, and the rental of baby accessories (bed, high chair) for 5 euros. There is also the option to request a cleaning service upon departure for an additional fee of 20 euros.

Très satisfait
Nous avons adoré passer ce séjour dans ce gîte. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et conciliants. Merci à eux. La maisonnette est très sympa et bien équipée. La terrasse est un plus. L'admission des animaux nous a permis de prendre soin de notre chien. C'était super !
Directions
Take the A46 towards Lille Branch, and then take Exit 23 for Thennelières. Upon exiting the motorway, follow the signs towards Thennelières and Laubressel.
