Welcome to our beautiful Provencal-style villa, situated on a spacious plot of 5000 sqm. With a total area of 120 sqm, our villa can comfortably accommodate 8-12 people, although it is ideal for 8. For larger groups, there is the option to include the dungeon valleys, allowing for up to 14 guests.The villa boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for everyone. The living area is bright and spacious, with a tiled floor and a flat screen TV. There are also 2 sofa beds available for additional sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. For added convenience, there is also a washing machine.
Outside, you will find a private swimming pool measuring 10mx5m, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the warm Provencal sunshine. The pool area is surrounded by a terrace of 100 sqm, offering a great spot for relaxing and enjoying meals with a view. There are 8 sunbeds available for lounging by the pool.
