This charming farmhouse is located near Castle Fougis and offers accommodation for up to 10 people. The house features 3 double beds, 2 single beds, and 1 sofa bed. It has been lovingly restored by the previous tenant, who was the old farmer of the Castle of Fougis. With its prime location, both the house and courtyard offer stunning views of the Erich Engelbrecht Sculpture Park and the Castle of Fougis. This charming detached house is spread across two floors, providing ample space for a comfortable stay. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room, alongside a large kitchen equipped with a dining table, gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The ground floor also features a generously sized bedroom with a double bed, as well as a second room with a foldable sofa that can accommodate two people. The two rooms share a bathroom and toilet, with an additional toilet located in a spacious lobby.Moving upstairs, you will discover two bedrooms furnished with double beds and another bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with a bath and WC. If needed, an extra bed can be provided to accommodate additional guests.
Outside, a sunny terrace awaits you, offering breathtaking views of the nearby sculpture park. The property also provides parking facilities and invites guests to enjoy tennis and table tennis. Additionally, there is a private lake where you can swim to your heart's content. For outdoor enthusiasts, the area offers various hiking trails, opportunities for canoeing, quad biking, karting, and other sports.
To ensure your convenience, a weekly set of towels and bed linen is included in the price. Please note that there are additional charges for cleaning (80,00 EUR) and a tourist tax of 0,60 EUR per person, per night.
