This delightful cottage offers 3 spacious levels of living space, totaling 65 square meters each. The two levels are connected by a grand open staircase. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a comfortable lounge area with direct access to the expansive terrace. The terrace itself measures 30 square meters and is partially covered for your convenience.Moving upstairs, you'll discover a generously sized master bedroom with a beautiful canopy bed and air conditioning, perfect for two people. Additionally, there is access to a charming loft area, known as the Colombier, which houses two single beds, one of which is located on a mezzanine level. There is also a bathroom with a toilet on this floor.
From this level, you have the option to step outside and immerse yourself in nature, thanks to a direct exit. The cottage is fully furnished and exquisitely decorated with a touch of old-world charm. It is also superbly equipped with all your modern amenities. During the colder months, a large and visually stunning stove provides perfect heating. To get to Courbelimagne from D'Aurillac, start by heading up Raulhac on the D990. Then, take the D600 and continue until you reach Mur-de-Bar. From there, follow the signs to Courbelimagne.
If you're coming from Clermont-Ferrand on the A75, take exit 23 and continue until you reach the N122 towards Vic-sur-Cere. Then, follow the signs to Jou-sous-Monjou/Raulhac and continue on the D600 until you reach Mur-de-Bar. From the South, follow the signs to Espalion/Estaing/Entraygues and then Mur-de-Bar. Finally, from Mur-de-Bar, take the D600/Raulhac road towards Courbelimagne.
