This charming three-story residence in the peaceful hamlet of Badefols offers a minimal modern style with a touch of oriental flair. Perfect for a couple or single occupant, the ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, complete with gas hob, fan oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge. The oak worktop and unpolished marble tile floor add a touch of elegance, while the excellent stainless steel saucepans and top-grade frying pans ensure a delightful cooking experience. All necessary utensils, attractive crockery, cutlery, and glasses are provided.

On the first floor, you'll find a bright and airy living room with a wooden floor. Double doors open to a peaceful patio and small garden with a sun terrace adorned with vibrant flowers and fragrant herbs. This outdoor space is equipped with a BBQ and garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the tranquil surroundings. Inside, the living room offers entertainment options such as a Sky TV, DVD player, stereo, and a great collection of books about the local area.

The second floor houses a comfortable bedroom with a luxurious bathroom. The large bed features an orthopedic mattress and is adorned with Egyptian cotton bed linen. A fan and mosquito net ensure a restful sleep, while the power shower and luxury towels provide a touch of indulgence.

Located just 5km from Badefols, this charming house is conveniently situated along the road from Lalinde to Sarlat. As you arrive, you will find the house on the left side, opposite a car park.

If you're traveling by car, here are some estimated travel times to nearby attractions:

- Bordeaux: Approximately 1.30 hours away, this city is France's second largest and offers direct flights from Dublin with Aer Lingus, as well as connections from Cork, Edinburgh, Porto, and Bologna with Ryanair.

- St. Emillion: A famous wine region and picturesque town, St. Emillion is approximately 1.00 hour away.

- Sarlat: Just a 40-minute drive away, Sarlat is a beautifully restored old town dating back to medieval and renaissance times. It is known as the capital of Black Périgord and boasts well-preserved architecture spanning over a thousand years.

- Domme: Within a 30-minute drive, Domme is a larger bastide town perched high above the Dordogne River. It offers stunning views of the river and countryside, and retains its original fortified walls and gateways.
