Situated only a 5-minute walk from the town center, this apartment offers convenience and tranquility.With a separate entrance and a spacious south-facing panorama terrace, Apartment Bella Vista provides a stunning view of the valley and surrounding mountains. The terrace also features a brick barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and gatherings. Perched on a hill above the town, this residence guarantees a splendid and picturesque experience.
Nearby, you'll find a small railway that runs across the road from the house, allowing a charming one-carriage train to pass three times a day to and from Carcassonne, adding a touch of vintage charm to your stay.
The gîte, a spacious 80m2 apartment on the second floor, offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge, microwave, 5-burner gas cooker, gas oven, coffee maker, and kettle.
