Embark on a new adventure with us, as we have ventured into the world of theme restaurants in Paris and Burgundy. In 2005, we purchased our family home to reconnect with our roots and start a fresh chapter after dedicating 30 years to the conservation profession in Paris. Specifically, we were situated in "Bourguignon du Marais," which we established in 1992 and is now owned by Philip Lalot, ensuring the continuation of the Burgundy experience through the selection of wines on our menu.

Today, after some renovations to enhance both our wine offerings and the comfort of our new buildings, we warmly invite you to our estate for an unforgettable stay filled with exploration and delight.
