Located on a captivating and richly historic 1.2-hectare property, this enchanting site is home to buildings from the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries.Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the gardens as you take a leisurely stroll or engage in art workshops, either on-site or within the nearby village.
Additionally, there are numerous noteworthy attractions to explore in the vicinity, such as the renowned city of Carcassonne, the picturesque Canal du Midi, the majestic Cathar castles of Saissac and Lastours, the Abbey of Villelongue, and the Paper Mill bush.
The upper level of the Master's House offers three charming and comfortable bedrooms, accommodating 2 to 4 people each. Moreover, guests have access to a lounge, bar, restaurant, and delightful gardens, with the added bonus of being able to swim in the crystal-clear river waters.
When it comes to dining, our restaurant will leave no palate unsatisfied. Indulge in the exquisite flavors of our local terroir, including succulent duck, foie gras, charcuterie, and wines from the Aude region. Alternatively, you can embark on a culinary adventure with our selection of internationally-inspired tapas, bursting with unforgettable tastes that will leave a lasting impression.

Directions
To get to the destination, begin by traveling from Carcassonne to Toulouse on the national highway. After passing Pezens, avoid taking the exit and continue straight towards Moussaulens. At the roundabout, turn right and follow the signs directing you to Montolieu.
Once you arrive in Montolieu, locate the Impasse de la Manufacture immediately after crossing the bridge over La Dure. Take a right onto this street and proceed to the factory. Our location is in the large house above the garden.
