Description:On the upper floor, there is an elegant oak staircase leading up from the reception area to a spacious mezzanine where guests can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing seating area. From the mezzanine, there are three bedrooms available: one double bedroom with optional space for a travel cot or single bed, two twin bedrooms with one of them also offering space for a travel cot or single bed, and a room equipped with full-size bunk beds. Additionally, there are two bathrooms on this floor, one with a shower and another one with a shower, toilet, and hand basin.
Downstairs, there is a convenient en-suite double bedroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and hand basin, specifically designed to accommodate elderly and disabled guests. Furthermore, there is a separate toilet available on this floor.
The kitchen and dining area, distinguished by beautiful oak beams, features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and electric cooker. Adjacent to the kitchen, a spacious dining area with a large oak table can comfortably seat up to 10 people. Guests are welcome to use these facilities for meal preparation, and the washing machine is available for a small additional charge of 2 Euros per load.
The cozy living room offers two leather sofas on either side of a large wood-burning stove, providing a perfect space to relax, socialize with other guests, or simply enjoy some reading or television. In the reception area, a computer with internet access (WIFI connection) is conveniently placed on the Captain's Desk for guest use.
Outside, Les Noisettes boasts a well-maintained garden where children and energetic adults can play and run around while others can unwind on the various garden furniture under the sun. Through the French doors in the living room, a tiled patio area awaits, accompanied by a built-in BBQ ideal for grilling burgers, fish, and steaks from the local shops. Additionally, a large patio area at the front of the house provides ample space to bask in the afternoon and evening sunshine. Parking is available for up to four vehicles, with the possibility of accommodating caravans as well.
Les Noisettes is a versatile accommodation suitable for singles, families, elderly individuals, and those with disabilities. However, please note that pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited inside the house.

To reach Les Noisettes, follow these travel directions: Begin by taking the D36 road in the direction of Eguzon-Chantome after exiting the A20. Continue on this road for approximately 3 miles until you reach the village of Argentieres. Once in Argentieres, you will notice a sign on the village green indicating the way to Les Noisettes.
