We have three comfortable rooms available, each accommodating 1 to 4 people depending on our customers' needs.
On the ground floor, there is a common room where you can find everything you need to prepare coffee or tea. Additionally, there is a selection of books and regional documentation for you to enjoy.
You are invited to take advantage of our garden, pool, and three acres of oak wood for peaceful walks.
In the morning, we serve a continental breakfast made with local produce in the conservatory or garden, weather permitting.
Inside the house, you will also find a pool table and a piano for your enjoyment.
Private parking and WiFi are available, and please note that our house is non-smoking. If you have pets, they may be accepted upon request and may incur an additional charge.

Description for Gite

The cottage rental encompasses three bedrooms and the ground floor living area. It has an independent entrance, but is situated within the same farmhouse as our main house. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary cookware. Guests have unrestricted access to the pool and billiard room. Please note that weekend rentals are available year-round, excluding the summer season and school holidays.

Directions

To reach Le Mas de Briquepierre, take exit 17 on the ring road of Toulouse. Follow the signs towards Quint Fonsegrives and proceed towards Lanta / Caraman. Once you pass the village of Lanta, continue in the direction of Caraman. After approximately 5 km, you will find Le Mas de Briquepierre on the left side.
