This charming cottage offers an independent entrance and spans 42 m2 on the ground floor. As you enter through the glazed door with shutters, you'll be greeted by an abundance of natural light from two skylights, which can be covered with blackout curtains for a peaceful night's sleep. The large room is cleverly divided by a curtain, creating a cozy sitting area featuring a comfortable double bed (160), bedside tables, a cherry cabinet, a beautiful dresser, a dressing table, and a chair.

Adjacent to the sitting area is a convenient corner living room, complete with a single bed, a table base, a round table, and four chairs. You'll also find two storage dishes to keep your belongings organized. The kitchen is well-equipped and ready for your culinary adventures. The bathroom has been newly renovated in 2013, ensuring modern comforts.
