This fully equipped cottage offers all the comforts for up to 5 people. With 120m2 of space, it features a spacious living room with a dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and fridge freezer. The cottage includes a bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and another bedroom with three single beds (90x190cm). There are also two bathrooms with showers, sinks, and toilets, including one with handicap access.Guests can enjoy relaxation around the 10x5 heated pool, as well as the pool and ping-pong facilities. An outdoor barbecue area is also available for use.
Conveniently located in the Isle Valley, this cottage provides easy access to the greenway, forest, and L'Isle for various sports and recreational activities. Additionally, it is close to popular regional attractions, with Perigueux only 10 minutes away, Bergerac 40 minutes away, and Sarlat 1 hour away. The A89 highway is just 10 minutes away, and supermarkets are within a 5 km radius.

Directions
To reach the town, take exit 14 (St Astier) on the A89 motorway. From there, follow the D6089 road towards Périgueux. Upon reaching the Razac fire, make a complete right turn and continue towards the town.
