Experience a moderate climate all year round at our charming cottage. Whether it's spring, summer, autumn, or winter, you can enjoy our heated and covered indoor swimming pool. Imagine the simple pleasure of swimming throughout the year, adding to your happiness and comfort.Our restored house perfectly blends with the local architecture and is conveniently located near all facilities. Situated just a 2-minute walk from the medieval village of Saint-Cyprien, our cottage (85 m2 - 3 bedrooms) is nestled in a sunny and tranquil lane. You'll have easy access to the village's tourist attractions, local markets, and a variety of shops and restaurants.
The cottage comfortably accommodates 2 to 7 guests, with careful and high-quality furnishings. It features 3 bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, a separate WC, a cozy living room with a fireplace, an American fridge with ample storage for up to 7 guests, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, a microwave, and a breakfast set including a coffee machine, toaster, citrus press, and kettle. Central heating ensures your comfort throughout the year. Each room has independent access to the terrace.
We provide baby equipment, including a cot with linen, a high chair, a stroller, and a bathtub, as well as household linen such as sheets, cloths, gloves, and two hand towels, which are available for hire. Please note that swimming pool towels are not provided.
Our indoor swimming pool is heated and covered by a ClimaBris system, allowing you to adjust the opening according to your preference. The side panels can be raised manually, granting access along the entire length of the pool. The large sliding doors have a key lock for added security. The pool measures 4x8m with a depth ranging from 1.1m to 1.8m, complete with a romantic staircase, a diving pit, and a counter-current swimming feature. Please ensure that children are supervised at all times, and follow the posted instructions and safety precautions before entering the pool. Showers are mandatory before each swim. During the low season, the swimming pool is only shared.
Outside, you'll find a terrace with a covered garden area, complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. The 600m2 garden includes a children's adventure playground and parking space for two cars.
