Situated just a stone's throw away from the enchanting forest of Orleans, our guest house offers an ideal location close to a plethora of exciting attractions and activities. Explore the renowned castles of the Loire or visit the stunning Cathedral of Orleans. For the adventurous souls, indulge in hiking, golf, water sports, horse riding, karting, and more!Our vision for this guest house, designed to accommodate up to 14 guests, goes beyond providing a mere sleeping space. Each of our four guest rooms has been meticulously furnished and adorned to transport you to a time and place steeped in history, following in the footsteps of iconic detectives. In addition to your tranquil, bright, and spacious room, you will have access to over 150m² of communal areas and over a hectare of lush gardens. If driving from Orléans (25 min), take the Tangential East and exit at Chécy. Turn left towards Neuville aux Bois and continue until you reach Traînou.
From Paris (1h30), take A6B and then N20 to Etampes. Take the D721 and then the D921 to Pithiviers. From there, go through Loury and join the D2152, following the signs to Traînou.
If you are already in central Traînou (2 min), take the rue du Gros Baril. At the end of the road, turn left onto Rue de la Carrière and then right onto the street of Laurendière. After passing the "Traînou" sign, turn right onto des Puiseaux.
If you prefer to travel by train, the nearest station is Orleans - Aubrais. It is a 25-minute drive, a 35-minute bus ride, or a 1-hour bike ride from there.
For those taking the bus, you can take line 16 "Orleans - Ingrannes" until either the Traînou Stadium-stop or the College Traînou-stop. You can find the bus timetable on the website ulys-loiret.com. If needed, we can arrange to pick you up upon request, as the bus stop is 1km away from the guest house.
