The "LA GRANGE" apartment is located in Bonnieux, a picturesque village in the Luberon region known for its beauty and authenticity. Surrounded by vineyards and cherry trees, this charming apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the village. Situated on the first and top floor, accessible via a metal staircase, it is part of a historic farmhouse dating back to 1718, yet offers complete privacy.With a total area of 50 square meters, the apartment features a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Separated by a glass roof, the bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 X 200) and has an adjacent shower room with a toilet. The apartment has been tastefully remodeled, combining stone floors, a canopy, and a soothing color scheme.
Featuring stunning views of Mont Ventoux and the neighboring villages of Lacoste, Roussillon, and Gordes, the apartment is an idyllic retreat for relaxation and exploring the beauty of Provence.
The weekly prices for 2017 (for 2 persons) are as follows:
- Until April 1st: 395 euros (or 59 euros per day)
- April 1st to May 13: 450 euros (or 69 euros per day)
- May 13 to July 1st: 550 euros (or 79 euros per day)
- July 1st to September 2: 665 euros (or 95 euros per day)
- September 2 to September 30: 550 euros (or 79 euros per day)
- September 30 to October 13: 450 euros (or 69 euros per day)
- Until December 31: 395 euros (or 59 euros per day)
- Christmas week (December 23 to January 6, 2017): 450 euros (or 69 euros per day)
The apartment is available for weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday between July 1st and September 2nd. Outside this period, there is a possibility of a minimum stay of 3 days. There is an additional charge of 15 euros per day for each additional person (beyond two). The rates quoted include all amenities such as electricity, taxes, Wi-Fi, and linen and towels.
