Welcome to Les Sables holiday cottage, a cozy retreat that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Open all year round, we offer the option of self-catering or half board.Situated on the outskirts of Ain, Isere, and Savoie, at the base of Mont Cord and Mount Izieu, in the charming town of Glandieu Brégnier Cord, our cottage is conveniently located along the Viarhôna. This greenway connects Lake Geneva to the Mediterranean, providing direct access to the pathway. Additionally, we are on the route of the footpaths Pays de Lhuis and Izieu, perfect for exploring the picturesque surroundings.
Our single-storey cottage spans 45m2 and faces south, offering plenty of natural light. The entrance is separate and not adjoining, ensuring privacy. Guests can enjoy a paved and shaded terrace, as well as parking facilities adjacent to the cottage. We are located close to the owners' house, in a tranquil and secluded area.
Inside, the cottage features a main living-kitchen area with a comfortable sofa that easily converts into a bed for 2 people. The bedroom can be arranged with either twin beds or a double bed, providing flexibility for our guests. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Outside, there is a furnished garden area with a barbecue, as well as a lawn for relaxation and play.
We offer flexible rental options, including overnight stays, weekends, weeks, and even monthly rentals. The rental rates can be found on our website, varying according to the period and the number of people.
There are plenty of activities and attractions near our cottages, including cycling, swimming, and hiking. We also offer unique experiences, such as donkey rides and heritage tours. For thrill-seekers, we have partnered with the nearby Walibi amusement park, offering discounted packages.
Throughout the year, we organize themed vacations, such as donkey discovery tours and hiking tours in partnership with the local Tourist Office. In 2015, we introduced a new holiday package that allows guests to explore the Green Lane, with accommodation provided in our cottages. This package is perfect for families and can be customized to include VTC bikes or electric bikes.
