We offer a charming Gîte that can accommodate up to four people, featuring a separate kitchen for your convenience. Additionally, our Studio with a kitchenette is perfect for two to three individuals. Both accommodations provide a delightful terrace with a lovely view of the garden. To further enhance your stay, we offer garden furniture and a barbecue for your use. Enjoy complimentary WIFI access in our Salon Rouge.Our Gîte is located in a separate wing of the main building, ensuring privacy with its own private entrance. The interior is tastefully decorated in a Mediterranean style, boasting terracotta and mustard colored walls as well as wooden floors. The apartment is designed to be a fully independent self-catering unit, complete with a veranda and garden view. The layout of the apartment includes a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table and a comfortable sitting area. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a sofa bed available for two people. A connecting door leads to a spacious living/bedroom with two single beds (80 cm x 210 cm) and a private bathroom with a shower and toilet.
To make your arrival more pleasant, we provide the first essential groceries in the refrigerator and ensure that the beds are made with fresh linens. Towels are also included for your convenience. If needed, a washer and dryer are available upon request. Rest assured, all these additional amenities are included in the price of your stay.

Une masure de caractère, des arpents de verdure, un chouïa de zenitude, des hôtes bien sympatiques - tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très agréable séjour.

septembre 2013, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette charmante fermette restaurée avec goût avec des hôtes fort sympathiques qui connaissent le coin et les bonnes adresses, ne pas hésiter à rencontrer Caroline et Charles dans ce coin calme et réconfortant du Gers, belle région à découvrir.
Directions
To reach Domaine A Marmande from Paris, follow the signs for Bordeaux/Nantes until you reach the A10. Stay on the A10 and follow the signs for Orleans until you reach Orleans. At the intersection of different highways, continue following the signs for Orleans and Orleans Centre/Vierzon/Limoges, which will lead you onto the A71. After approximately 80 km (50 mi) around Vierzon, take the direction towards Limoges/Toulouse, following the A20. After traveling for about 400 km (250 mi) near Montauban, take exit number 65 towards Agen/Auch. Proceed straight at the next two roundabouts, following the signs for Agen/Auch/Tarbes. After 700 m (1/2 mi), turn left at the traffic lights towards Montech. This road, the D928, will lead you all the way to Auch. In Auch, take the direction towards Tarbes on the N21. Cross the water and turn left towards Mirande. Continue following the signs for Tarbes/Mirande on the N21. Upon reaching Mirande, turn left towards Tarbes and then take another left towards Berdoues on the D939. In Berdoues, after passing the little square at the Mairie (City Hall), take a right. After approximately 500 m (¼ mi), take a left at the intersection. After 400 m (¼ mi), take a right onto the third driveway, and you will have arrived at Domaine A Marmande. The journey from Toulouse Blagnac Airport to our location takes approximately 90 minutes by car.
