This description is for a converted farm building that consists of four self-catering cottages. The gîte is connected to another gîte and a laundry facility. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen area and toilets. The first floor has two bedrooms - bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds, along with a bathroom. The gîte is equipped with heating, a TV, microwave oven, and dishwasher. There is also a shared coin-operated washing machine and dryer available in the laundry. Garden furniture is provided for outdoor relaxation. The property features landscaped gardens, a courtyard, a play area, and various sports facilities such as table tennis, table football, basketball, and badminton. Bedsheets can be hired and babysitting services are available. This tastefully furnished and comfortable gîte is located in a tranquil and sunny area near one of Finistère's most renowned coastlines. Experience a charming holiday in a historic setting at our beautifully preserved holiday home. Dating back to 1733, the construction date is still visible on the stone exterior, providing a glimpse into the past. However, we have ensured that the interior is equipped with all the modern comforts you desire.The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob, cooker, toaster, and electric kettle. You can also enjoy a cup of coffee with our provided coffee machine.
The cozy living area features two comfortable sofas, a TV, and a DVD/CD audio system for your entertainment.
Rest comfortably in our well-appointed bedrooms. One room offers a 140x190cm bed, while the other has two beds measuring 90x190cm. All our beds are equipped with slatted frames and high-quality mattresses for a restful sleep.
Unwind in the bathroom, which features a bathtub for your relaxation.
Step outside and enjoy the lovely garden, complete with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue.
For your convenience, we provide a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
Additional services are available to enhance your stay. Stay connected with our free internet connection (ADSL) and enjoy complimentary regional daily newspapers during July and August. Phone services are also provided with a France Telecom card.
To ensure a hassle-free stay, we offer the option of bed linen rental (with beds made before your arrival) for 8 euros per bed. Rental towels are also available for 5 euros per person.
If you require babysitting services, we can arrange it for you. Cleaning before departure is available for a fee of 25 euros.
Electricity usage is included for up to 8kw per day, with an additional charge of 0.12 euros per kilowatt for exceeding this limit.
We also cater to families with babies, so please let us know your needs at the time of booking.
Lastly, motorcycle enthusiasts can rest easy knowing that we offer a dry and secure night's sleep for your bike in our garage.

GITE DE PLAIN PIED
Nous avons passé quelques jours dans le gîte de plain pied chez Mme. et M. GUILLO à LANJULIEN à la Foret Fouesnant début avril 2011, nous avons été très bien accueilli, le gîte est spacieux, très bien équipé, nous y avons trouvé tout le confort, c'est super calme pour se reposer. Vraiment nous conseillons à celles et ceux qui veulent passer des vacances reposantes de s'adresser à Mme. et M. GUILLO ces propriétaires sont supers sympathiques , cela fait 2 ans que nous passons nos vacances chez eux. Il y a de nombreuses promenades et visites à faire aux alentours. Nous reviendrons en 2012.
