The Domaine de la Vautier Court is a charming, traditional Norman farmhouse that can accommodate 8 to 10 people and offers three delightful rooms. Situated in a peaceful countryside village in Mandeville en Bessin, it is conveniently located near Bayeux, which is just a fifteen-minute drive away, as well as being only ten minutes from the sea. Nestled within a picturesque apple orchard, where sheep graze peacefully, the house and cottage have been lovingly restored to highlight the local stone and architecture. The ground floor of the cottage features a spacious living room with a dining area that can comfortably accommodate 14 guests. There is also a cozy lounge area equipped with a TV and DVD player, all of which seamlessly opens up to the well-appointed kitchen. Additionally, there is a convenient shower room and a separate WC on this level. Upstairs, you will find four charming bedrooms. "The sea" bedroom includes a 140-bed, a 90-bed, and a cot for your little one. "The swamp" bedroom offers a 140-bed and a 90-bed. "The forest" bedroom features a comfortable 140-bed. Lastly, the fourth bedroom is equipped with two 90-beds that can be easily combined. There is also a bathroom with a toilet located on this level.Outside, the cottage boasts a lovely terrace with ample garden furniture, parasols, and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. Additionally, a garden shed is available and equipped with deckchairs and a variety of games for children. The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden and has a secure parking area, safely away from the road.
