Experience the tranquility of our organic farm with comfortable accommodations for 2 to 4 people in a charming bungalow guest room. Enjoy a private entrance and the option to stay in our cozy caravan-holiday cottage, perfect for 2 to 5 people.Located just 1 hour away from Valencia, Romans, Nyons, and 45 minutes from Montelimar, our farm is nestled in a picturesque and preserved site, offering breathtaking views of the majestic mountains of the Saou forest.
The guest room, situated on the ground floor of our house, boasts a southern exposure and provides direct access to the pergolas and garden through its glass door. Spread across approximately 30m2, this spacious room features a comfortable sitting area, a well-appointed bathroom, and a separate toilet.
The caravan is nestled in a spacious semi-enclosed area, surrounded by a beautiful dry-stone wall. It offers a 14m2 living room with 2 sofa beds, as well as a convenient drawer bed and a fully equipped kitchenette suitable for up to 5 people. The separate master bedroom, bathroom with shower and basin on cedar furniture, and toilet ensure a comfortable stay.
Immerse yourself in the vast wooded outdoor area, complete with garden furniture, deck chairs, sun loungers, a hammock seat, and pergolas specifically designed for the guest room and terrace of the caravan. Savor your breakfast while admiring the stunning view of the Saoû forest.
During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to observe various farm animals, including ewes and their adorable lambs, explore our fragrant rose garden and aromatic plants, meet our friendly donkeys Ulysses and Orpheus, as well as our beloved dogs, cats, and rabbits. The farm is also a haven for butterflies, adding a touch of natural beauty to your surroundings.
For those seeking cultural, leisure, and sporting activities, there are plenty of options nearby suitable for both adults and children. Séjour d'une semaine en avril 2024
Très bon séjour, malgré un vent glacial terrible, dans cette chambre d'hôte où nous avons été gâtés, mon mari et moi, par des petits déjeuners excellents, des conseils sur les villages et villes à visiter et les randonnées pédestres très agréables à faire par Marie-Claire, passionnee par sa région. Accueil excellent. Vue panoramique depuis cette ferme bien tranquille. A conseiller vivement!
Directions
To get to Lyon, take the A7 motorway and exit at 16 Loriol on Drôme. From there, follow the signs for Crest (D 104). Near Crest, continue on the D 538 towards Montélimar for 7 km, and then head towards Nyons Bourdeaux and Saoû on the same road.
If you are coming from Marseille, take the A7 motorway and exit at 18 Montelimar south. Follow the signs to Montelimar center, and then continue towards Crest Puy-Saint-Martin (D 6). After driving 1 km past Puy-Saint-Martin, turn right onto the D 136 towards Saoû.
For those coming from Grenoble, take the A49 highway and exit at 6 Crest - Chabeuil. Follow the signs to Crest (D 538). From there, bypass Crest and continue on the D 538 towards Montelimar for 7 km. Then, head towards Nyons Bourdeaux and Saoû on the same road.
Regardless of the direction you are coming from, once you reach Saoû, continue straight and follow the signs for Bourdeaux (D 538). After driving for 4 km, turn right onto Francillon on Roubion (D 197). Drive through the village and turn right towards "La Montagne," then take the first left. At the stop sign, turn right towards "La Montagne" and continue for approximately 4 km on the D 197. Look for an open space where you can see the body farm. Turn left at the entrance to the farm, following the sign that says "The Panicaut."
