We are delighted to offer you this charming accommodation, featuring a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The living room is also generously sized, comprising a lounge area, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and there is a separate toilet for your convenience.

This delightful cottage boasts two terraces, one facing south and the other facing west, both elevated on stilts. It is located on the lower level of a meticulously renovated old water mill. The natural surroundings are enchanting, with vast fields creating a peaceful ambiance. The owner has thoughtfully provided a designated space in the garden for you to relax and unwind amidst the lush greenery. Additionally, parking is available on the grounds near the house.

While staying here, you will enjoy the tranquility of the natural surroundings while also benefiting from the proximity to our charming small town, which is home to approximately 8,000 residents. The town center, with its array of shops, is just a short 5-minute walk away. A picturesque lake borders the town, serving as a reservoir for a series of historic tannery mills, including our own. You will have the opportunity to engage in various water activities, such as fishing and swimming. Furthermore, there is a 25-meter swimming pool available nearby, and several hiking trails conveniently start right in front of the house.

Directions

Directions to the eco-cottage of Triskel Bertaud, located between Rennes-Nantes (N137) and Vitre-Redon, are as follows:

- If coming from the southern entrance of Rennes, it will take approximately 20 minutes (30 km) to reach the destination.
- From the northern entrance of Nantes and Vitre, it will take approximately 50 minutes (75 km) to reach the destination.
- Redon and La Gacilly are approximately 40 minutes away (40 km).
- Saint-Malo is around 1 hour away (100 km).
- Mont Saint-Michel is around 1 hour and 20 minutes away (120 km).

If traveling by train, the TGV Rennes station is a 20-minute journey, and the TER station of Messac-Guipry is a 10-minute journey.
If traveling by plane, Rennes (Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande) Airport is a 25-minute journey, and Nantes Atlantique Airport is a 55-minute journey.
For those who prefer biking or walking, there are walking paths and MTB/Hybrid options near the house.

To access the eco-cottage of Triskel Bertaud from the town center, follow these steps:
- Take the D3772 road in the direction of RERC-EN-LAMEE and pond Bain de Bretagne (east).
- After crossing a bridge (with the pond on your right), take the first left onto Quarries / Bertaud road.
- Continue for a short distance until you see the sign "Bertaud".
- The eco-lodge will be on your left. Welcome!
