We offer three spacious rooms in a stunning detached house situated on a peaceful and enclosed 3500M ground with an elevation of 600M, surrounded by majestic mountains. Our location is perfectly positioned between the beautiful sea and magnificent mountains, only 20kms away from NICE and in close proximity to the Mercantour Park, Cannes, and Menton. Each room features its own private bathroom and toilet. Guests can enjoy a shared living room with a cozy fireplace, HIFI system, television, and DVD player. Our terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture provides a perfect spot to relax. We also have a designated parking area. Situated between the sea and the mountains, it is conveniently located 20km from Nice and close to both Cannes and Monaco, as well as the stunning Mercantour National Park. The lodge boasts a large terrace complete with a barbecue and outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, there is ample parking available. The lodge features a stunning American kitchen equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and oven. The cozy living room is furnished with a TV, DVD player, hi-fi system, and a wood stove, while also offering a sofa bed. Upstairs, there is a spacious mezzanine with a comfortable double bed. CONTACT - Take Exit A8 and head towards No. 55 NICE. At the second traffic light, make a left turn and follow the signs for the TALES / SOSPEL highway. Continue on this highway for approximately 9 kilometers until you reach the end. At the last roundabout, turn right and follow the signs for The ESCARENE / BERRE THE ALPS on Highway 2204. After 6.5 kilometers, you will see a sign for "LOC NICE" - at this point, make a left turn onto R & D Management 215 and continue towards Berre Les Alpes for 3 kilometers. Look for the sign for "path Meingarde" and turn right onto the Way of Meingarde (a dead end). Follow the sign and proceed to the end of the road, where you will find a square. Turn left and the first house on the right, with a black wrought iron gate, is your destination.
