Our charming mansion offers four spacious rooms, each measuring 30m² and equipped with a private bathroom and walk-in shower. Guests will also have access to a private parking area.

In addition, our property boasts a magnificent swimming pool set within a 3000m² park, surrounded by two terraces covered with a pergola. This tranquil setting provides the perfect spot to enjoy your breakfast. The village itself offers a range of hiking trails and a delightful botanical garden to explore.

The location of the village is conveniently situated:
- Only 35km from Carcassonne, where you can visit the famous Carcassonne Castle.
- Also, 35km from Narbonne, known for its impressive Cathedral.
- If you are seeking a beach escape, the Mediterranean coastline is just 42km away, with options such as Gruissan, New Port, Narbonne, and Leucate.
- For those who prefer freshwater swimming, there is a river just 8km away.
- Exploring the region's rich history, you can visit notable Cathar castles like Peyrepertus, Galamus Villerouge, and Termenes.

Immerse yourself in tranquility as you explore our 3000m² park, where you can relax by the swimming pool or unwind on one of the two terraces covered by a charming pergola, perfect for enjoying your breakfast.

Nous avions retenu 2 nuits aux Gragniotes tardivement et un peu par hasard: bien nous en a pris!
Les nouveaux hôtes ont repris le flambeau de leurs prédécesseurs avec brio, manifestement dans le même esprit (si l'on en croit les avis précédents).
La chambre est spacieuse et très propre, le petit déjeuner copieux.
Et la gentillesse de Judith et Bernard est sans pareil!!!
Merci pour ce séjour très agréable et encore "chapeau" pour votre accueil!

Nous avons visitez les Gragniottes maintenant trois fois, en été comme en automne. L'atmosphère est excellente; les chambres spacieuses et très propres. La famille Lorenzini reçoit ses hôtes de façon très chaleureuse. Excellentes confitures faites maison et du très bon conseil sur les vins de la région.

Directions

The destination can be found in the Corbières region, situated between St Lawrence and the Cabrerise Lagrasse. It is approximately 35 km away from both Narbonne and Carcassonne. To reach the location, take the Lézignan motorway exit, which is about 15 km away. Upon reaching the roundabout, follow the signs for Lézignan Fabrezan. Continue through the village of St Lawrence Cabrerisse and head towards Tournissan. The accommodation is located on the Avenue de la Promenade, with its entrance accessible from the road leading to the town hall.
