This joint-owned 110m² house is situated on two floors and offers stunning views of the Loue River in Ornans. It can accommodate up to 6 people and is easily accessible via 8 exterior stairs leading to a separate entrance. The house features a spacious entrance hall, a kitchen with a balcony, a living room with a balcony and terrace (including a wood stove and a convertible sofa bed for 2 people), a shower room with a toilet, and three bedrooms on the upper floor (including one with a 1.60m bed, one with a 1.40m bed, and two with 0.90m beds, as well as a baby cot). Additionally, there is a bathroom with a toilet. The property also includes garden furniture, a barbecue, and amenities such as a TV, washing machine, and dishwasher. Bed linen is provided, and maid service is available upon request. Pets are also allowed.
