The bathroom features a bath, toilet, and a delightful glass roof.Ideal for two adults and one child, the split level apartment also offers the option to add a rollaway bed or baby cot. Sheets and bath towels are provided, even for weekly rentals.
For those interested, breakfast can be arranged as an optional extra and can be enjoyed either inside or on the shaded terrace overlooking the pool.
Guests are welcome to enjoy free access to the pool.

This fully renovated loft, measuring 40m2, offers a range of modern amenities for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, electric stove, and even a Nespresso machine. The bathroom features a bathtub under a beautiful glass roof, and there is a separate WC.With a capacity to accommodate two adults and one child, there is the option of an extra bed or cot if needed. Bed linen and towels are provided, even for weekly rentals. For those who desire a delicious breakfast, it is available upon request and can be enjoyed either inside the loft or on the terrace, which is shaded by a pergola and overlooks the pool.
During your stay, you will have free access to the pool, allowing you to relax and cool off at your leisure.

To find us, follow these directions:
1. Exit the (A8) motorway at exit N° 31 Cuques/Val Saint André.
2. Take the last turn off the roundabout onto Avenue Malcrida.
3. Continue driving along Gambetta boulevard, passing two roundabouts.
4. At the end of Gambetta boulevard, turn right onto Carnot boulevard.
5. After the 3rd set of traffic lights, turn right onto Cours des Arts et Métiers, following Pont de Béraud.
6. At the end of Arts et Métiers, turn right onto Avenue Fontenaille.
7. Drive past the Intermarché supermarket on your left.
8. At the first set of lights, turn right into Traverse Baret.
