This newly renovated barn conversion offers two spacious bedrooms, each with en suite facilities, as well as various entertainment options such as satellite TV, DVD/CD player, radio, and Wi-Fi. With its breathtaking panoramic views of Le Mont St Michel, the Gite is perfect for families. Additionally, bed and breakfast accommodations are available. The Gite comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and can provide a travel cot and highchair if required.Conveniently situated only four minutes away from the historic Le Mont St Michel, Maison Du Montitier also borders the picturesque region of Bretagne. Guests can explore the nearby towns of Avranche and Pontorson, which offer a wide range of excellent shops and restaurants. For those looking to enjoy the beautiful beaches, Cancale is just a 40-minute drive away. This coastal town is renowned for its mouthwatering mussels and oysters.
Furthermore, the Gite features a delightful patio area, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors, and a spacious, secure garden where children can play safely. Maison Du Montitier is licensed to serve evening meals and drinks, adding to the convenience and comfort of your stay.
In addition to the main Gite, there is also a brand new one-bedroom Gite located in the charming village of Servon, just 7km from Le Mont St Michel and 3km from our main property. This cozy accommodation offers an open plan living and dining area on the ground floor, making it an ideal retreat for two to five people.
