The villa includes two double beds measuring 1.60 m and two single beds measuring 0.90 m. Additionally, there are five separate toilets throughout the property. Spanning 240 square meters, the villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with an alarm system for your comfort and security.

The spacious living room, measuring 63 m², boasts a fireplace and is equipped with a large satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, and hi-fi system. The Provencal-style kitchen is well-equipped with an American fridge, oven, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. The kitchen leads to a covered terrace of 40 m², complete with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, perfect for enjoyable evenings with friends or family.

The villa also offers a bowling green and a beautiful swimming pool (10 x 5m), surrounded by lush greenery, providing a refreshing retreat on hot summer days. The outdoor furniture and lounge area allow you to relax and take long naps in the shade of trees or umbrellas.
