This charming Provencal villa is situated on a private 3000 m2 property, surrounded by fragrant olive trees, hedges, and flower beds. With its two levels, the villa offers a stunning view of the Alpilles from the upper floor. Each of the four bedrooms, ranging from 16 to 20 m2, features its own private bathroom and is uniquely decorated in a Provencal style. The villa includes two double beds measuring 1.60 m and two single beds measuring 0.90 m. Additionally, there are five separate toilets throughout the property. Spanning 240 square meters, the villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with an alarm system for your comfort and security.The spacious living room, measuring 63 m², boasts a fireplace and is equipped with a large satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, and hi-fi system. The Provencal-style kitchen is well-equipped with an American fridge, oven, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. The kitchen leads to a covered terrace of 40 m², complete with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, perfect for enjoyable evenings with friends or family.
The villa also offers a bowling green and a beautiful swimming pool (10 x 5m), surrounded by lush greenery, providing a refreshing retreat on hot summer days. The outdoor furniture and lounge area allow you to relax and take long naps in the shade of trees or umbrellas.
Housekeeping is included once a week (additional cleaning available upon request) at a cost of 120. The property is well-lit throughout the exterior, ensuring a safe and welcoming ambiance.
