This cozy cottage, measuring 143 m2, comfortably accommodates up to 6 people with three spacious bedrooms. Located at 4 Aillianville Road in Lafauche, it offers complete privacy separate from the guest room.With its charming stone exterior and rustic beam accents, this typical house exudes a unique character. Situated at the base of the magnificent Lafauche Castle, the cottage boasts remarkable views of the surrounding nature. Its authentic atmosphere creates a soothing and restful environment, perfect for relaxation.
The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home, both inside and outside. On the ground floor, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace, two bedrooms (one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two single beds), a shower room, and a toilet. There is also a charming veranda with comfortable garden furniture, as well as an outdoor terrace with additional seating and a barbecue.
Upstairs, there is a mezzanine area with a lounge for added relaxation, and a third bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Additionally, the cottage offers a private library garden, which is adjacent and enclosed, perfect for quiet reading or enjoying the outdoors. There is also the option of using the orchard for more open space. For your convenience, there is private and secure parking available on the premises.
Inside the cottage, you will find a range of amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, kitchenware, appliances such as a blender and toaster, and more. The fireplace and central heating ensure a cozy atmosphere throughout your stay. Entertainment options include a large-screen television with satellite package, a DVD player, a PC, a Wii gaming console, a stereo system, and internet access with Wi-Fi. There is also a selection of board games for some family fun. If traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot, high chair, stroller, bath, deck chair, bottle warmer, and sterilizer upon request.
