Enjoy the convenience of direct access to the "busway" cited Congress, which is only a 5-minute walk away.Situated on the beautiful banks of the Sevre Nantes, in the charming community of Vertou (near Beautour Nantes), this loft apartment offers a spacious 45m2 living space. It features 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bathroom with a toilet.
We provide all the necessary amenities and comforts for your stay, including bed linen, towels, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, dish soap, a towel, a microwave, a coffee maker, shower gel, shampoo, a hair dryer, a TV, internet access, and even breakfast.
If you prefer not to cook, we also offer dinner upon request for an additional 12 euros.
Additionally, we provide car parking, bicycles, and access to our garden for your convenience and enjoyment.
