Located on the first floor, this accommodation offers a range of comfortable and well-equipped rooms. There are three complete bedrooms and an additional office/room 4, which is situated in front of room 3. Room 1 features a little room with two single beds, accessible through room 1. On this floor, there is also a toilet and a refrigerator available for guest use.

Each of the complete rooms is furnished with new beds (boxspring) and quilts, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms also include a double bed that can be converted into two single beds, a bathroom with a shower-bath, fitted washbasin, toilet, and a hairdryer. Other amenities provided are a TV, coffee/tea service, and wireless internet access.

Room 1, with a size of 14 m2, is accompanied by a smaller room, 1A, measuring 8.5 m2, making it a suitable family room for four individuals. This room offers the added benefit of having its own entrance to the balcony. Room 2, with a size of 11.7 m2, also provides access to the balcony from the room itself.

Room 3, measuring 11.7 m2, is connected to room 4, which has a size of 14.5 m2. Together, they form a family room suitable for four or five individuals. Room 4 features the same comfortable beds as the other rooms, with the option of an additional third bed. It also includes fitted washbasin furniture and a private toilet located in the corridor. Furthermore, the corridor provides access to the balcony.
