Saint Denis de Gastines is a vibrant village offering all the essential amenities, including a charming restaurant/bar, a convenient supermarket, two delightful bakeries, a pharmacy, a bank, and a reliable taxi service. Every Thursday morning, a delightful fruit and vegetable market sets up directly in front of our cozy Bed and Breakfast, and on Fridays, a fish market adds to the local charm.

If you choose, you can enjoy a delicious evening meal from our menu.

For those seeking outdoor adventures, Saint Denis de Gastines offers a plethora of sports activities such as fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and various scenic walks, horseback rides, and bicycle rides.

Located just an hour and a half away from Caen, Dinard, and St Malo, which boast ferry ports and well-connected airports with regular flights to various destinations in France and abroad, we are an ideal stopover for those heading to the south of France, La Rochelle, Bordeaux, Biarritz, or even Spain and Portugal. You may even encounter us upon your return.

Our Bed and Breakfast features a charming, sunny courtyard where you can relax in the shade. The Loire region enjoys lovely, sunny weather during the summer, accompanied by gentle breezes.

Finding us is effortless, as we are conveniently situated opposite the church, which is visible from most parts of the village. We offer three guest rooms, all equipped with washing facilities. Two of our rooms offer picturesque views of the village and its surroundings, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Mayenne region.
