Outside, guests can enjoy a barbecue and garden furniture. The house also has central heating powered by a biomass wood chip network.

The property offers various nature activities, including a heated swimming pool and tennis courts by the Loir river. Fishing enthusiasts can indulge in river fishing in the Loir river, which is classified as a 2nd category fishing spot. The property has two private islands, sluicing games, a spillway, and a source, making it a beloved destination for fishing lovers. Fishing is exclusively reserved for guests staying in the holiday cottages. Other amenities on the property include a petanque court, games for children, small animals, and a pedestrian walkway along the Mill Plain. The Loir Valley is rich in history and offers numerous places to visit. From the troglodyte village of Trôo and the beautiful village of Lavardin to the International Folklore Festival in Montoire and the city of art and history in Vendôme, there is something for everyone. The area is also known for its vineyards of Jasnières and the slopes of Vendome. With its convenient location, the property is just 45 km from Tours, where guests can explore the famous castles of the Loire Valley and the Touraine vineyards.
