Welcome to our charming 4-star cottage, nestled in the peaceful countryside just a short 15-minute drive from the bustling city center of Besancon. This pretty cottage is located on the ground floor of a beautifully renovated old farmhouse, exuding charm and tasteful decorations.Surrounded by an enclosed garden and a private wooded terrace measuring 40 m2, you can fully enjoy the serene surroundings. The interior of the cottage offers a spacious living space of 100m2, furnished with care and attention to detail.
Situated in the heart of Middle Micropolis, this location provides easy access to various amenities such as hospitals, golf courses, downtown attractions, and Chateaufarineau, all within a convenient 5-minute drive. The Polyclinic Franche Comté and other facilities are also nearby.
Le Jardin d'Inès welcomes guests for weekly stays, weekend getaways, or even nightly accommodations (minimum 2 nights, subject to availability). The cottage features three bedrooms, consisting of two double beds and two single beds. Additionally, there is a separate bathroom and toilet for your convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining room provide a delightful space for meal preparation and enjoyment. Step out onto the lovely terrace with its beautiful garden, spanning 40m2. Children will delight in the enclosed garden, complete with swings and a slide. In the summer, you can also make use of the Weber charcoal barbecue. Private parking is available on-site, accommodating 2-3 vehicles.
Please note that smoking is not allowed on the premises, but we happily welcome pets free of charge. Stay connected with our free WiFi and enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV.
For your comfort, we offer the option to rent bed sheets for an additional fee of 10 euros per bed. We also provide a highchair, changing mat, umbrella, and two additional beds upon request.
