Guérande, a city known for its rich history and artistic heritage, is the perfect destination for those looking to explore its medieval walk. Annex 43, located just 800 meters away from the city center, provides an ideal base for your adventures.

Inside Annex 43, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with a hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary dishes and utensils. The living room features a comfortable sofa, coffee table, and a television. There is also a dining area for you to enjoy your meals.

The bedroom is furnished with a cozy 160 bed for a restful sleep. The bathroom boasts a spacious Italian shower, basin, and a hairdryer. Additionally, there is a separate toilet.

Outside, you have access to a terrace and a garden with garden furniture and deckchairs, allowing you to relax and soak in the surroundings. A plancha is also available for you to cook delicious meals.

For your convenience, a parking space is provided, and you can stay connected with the access to wifi.

Annex 43 is open year-round, catering to weekend stays, nights, and week-long visits. Small pets are allowed upon request. During July and August, the minimum rental period is 7 nights, from Sunday to Sunday. We also accept holiday vouchers.

Séjour en août 2016. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, gîte pratique (linge, meubles, vaisselle) et décoration agréable ! Seul bémol : la chambre avec vélux reste chaude la nuit (moustiques). Solution : dormir dans canapé du RdCh :-)

Gîte très bien situé à proximité des sites touristiques. Nous avons apprécié le calme, le service ménage et la fourniture du linge changé en cours de séjour. Le prix de la location est modéré par rapport à la prestation fournie
