Stay in the heart of Alsace: Enjoy the convenience of being located between Colmar and Strasbourg, with easy access to Germany. Rent a beautiful house on the upper floor of the owners' residence.This independent entrance accommodation can accommodate 3 to 4 people, with a maximum capacity of 6. It features three bedrooms, including a room with a double bed (140/190) and a balcony, a second bedroom with a double bed (140/190), and a third bedroom with a double bed (140/190). Linens are provided, and a baby pack is available upon request, including a cot and high chair.
The house also offers a spacious living room with a TV and WIFI, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and dining area. The bathroom includes a bathtub and shower.
Outside, there is a relaxation area with garden furniture and a barbecue in the garden. The village itself has a bakery, grocery store, tobacco shop, post office, butcher, hairdresser, and bank. A supermarket is just 5 minutes away by car.
The location is ideal for exploring the region, with Colmar and its humanist library just 10 minutes away, the German border 10 minutes away, and the famous wine route of Kintzheim, featuring attractions such as the Eagle Mountains, Monkey Mountain, and Hochkönigsburg Castle, just 15 minutes away. Additionally, Colmar is 30 minutes away and Strasbourg is 45 minutes away.
