This charming holiday destination is set in a traditional stone farm that dates back to 1850, surrounded by a beautiful 2-acre park. Located just 4km away from the picturesque Village of Groisy, which even has its own railway station for easy access. The property offers two delightful duplex holiday flats, each measuring 60m2 and boasting lovely wooden beams. With two comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge area, and a modern bathroom, these flats provide all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Additionally, guests can enjoy the serene garden, relax on the terrace, and take advantage of the inviting heated pool.

Directions

To reach your destination, follow these travel directions:

1. Take Exit 18 from the Annecy-Geneva motorway A41.
2. At the first roundabout, follow the sign for Annecy.
3. At the second roundabout, follow the sign for Groisy.
4. Proceed towards the village, which is approximately 5km away.
5. Upon reaching the village, take a left turn towards "Chef Lieu".
6. After driving for 2km, you will come across a church. Follow the road named Route des Bornes (D2) for approximately 3km.
7. Look out for a sign that says "Chez Les Gris/Mallasoire" and make a left turn onto Route de Mallasoire.
8. Stay to the left at the first fork in the road and then take a right at the second fork, which leads to Route de Chez les Gris.
9. Continue on this road until you reach the end, where you will find our farm. We are located after the "T" no through road sign.
