This charming house offers comfortable furnishings and is situated in the center of a village just 10 kilometers from Dieppe and the beaches. It is available for rent on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis.The house features three bedrooms, one bathroom, and one WC. It is south-facing and boasts a 400m2 garden. The kitchen opens up to a dining room, and there is also a living room, terrace, garden, games room, and private parking lot.
Sleeping accommodations include one single bed, two double beds, and one cot. Linen is provided, and toilet linen can be rented if needed.
The house is equipped with all necessary household items such as crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, a fridge/freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, and a wood fireplace. For entertainment, there is a DVD player, VCR, satellite TV, and a hi-fi channel.
Outside, guests can enjoy a gas BBQ, outdoor furniture, loungers, and a table for table tennis. The view from the house includes the village and countryside.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area, such as golf, tennis, fishing, horse riding, swimming, bowling, water sports, hiking, mountain biking, visiting the casino and cinema, going to nightclubs, and exploring leisure parks.
Additionally, the house offers a games room with table tennis equipment, balls, and pétanque games.
As an added bonus, three adult bikes are available for guests to use free of charge.
