Immerse yourself in the city's rich history, admire its stunning architecture, and indulge in the countless shops and restaurants.Our cozy basement flat, located in a charming old Tuffeau house with south-facing beams, is the perfect base for exploring Tours and its surrounding attractions. We live nearby and are more than happy to provide recommendations for off-the-beaten-path places, scenic walking trails, and renowned wine cellars.
The flat features a separate kitchen and bedroom/living room. The high-quality convertible sofa from 2016 offers ample space, and when folded, you can even dance to your favorite tunes with the hi-fi sound system (compatible with your iPod). Optional bed linen, towels, and tea towels are available for a small fee of six euros per person per stay.
The well-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom cater to all your needs. Families with babies and young children are welcome, as we provide a bed, high chair, and crockery. Stay connected with our internet access and use the provided mobile phone if necessary. Cable TV offers both French and foreign channels.
Conveniently located just one minute away from a large car park, bus stop, shops, cafes, and restaurants, our flat is nestled in a picturesque historical neighborhood by the Loire River. Explore the area on the famous "Loire à vélo" cycle track or enjoy a jog or relaxing picnic in the nearby riverside park, which also features tennis grounds.
If we are available, we would love to welcome you with a glass of the renowned local VOUVRAY sparkling wine (produced just 5 km away). And if you're in the mood for relaxation, perhaps you can enjoy our jacuzzi (for a small fee) and engage in a friendly chat with us. Bikes are available free of charge for exploring the city.
You will have full independence during your stay, with access to a dedicated space for bikes and garden furniture, as well as a washing machine. If you need any assistance, whether it's renting a car, finding something special, or seeking advice for your visits, don't hesitate to ask.

Public transportation is easily accessible, with a bus stop just 100 meters away. Bus number 17 provides direct access to and from the train station and town center. Tramway 12 is a 12-minute walk away and also connects to the city center and train station. Should it be available, we can arrange to pick you up from the bus/train station or tram stop, or even the airport. Various car park options, including free ones, are within a 200-meter radius.
