Welcome to Breakfast Townhouse! This charming 19th century mansion was once a prestigious wine estate in the vineyards of Cotes d'Auvergne. The architectural beauty of the building showcases the use of Volvic stone, a material commonly found in many buildings in Clermont-Ferrand.The townhouse features a unique Chai (wine cellar) connected to an underground cellar that was carved into the flows and tephra visible craters surrounding the city.
Conveniently located within 3 miles of the city center of Clermont-Ferrand, and just a 10-minute drive from the path and Zenith Halle d'Auvergne (Highway A75, exit 2 towards Le Mont-Dore), our townhouse offers easy access to major attractions.
For easy transportation, there are three transit lines located just 100 meters from the house, which connect to the tram, allowing you to explore the city and its surroundings effortlessly.
Our townhouse offers four spacious bedrooms ranging from 25 to 35 m². Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with wifi access, a TV screen, and a desk for your convenience.
The bedding in our rooms can be adjusted to suit your needs, with options for a comfortable and flexible arrangement of either a king-sized bed (160 X 200 X 80) or two individual beds. Additionally, we have one room specially designed to accommodate a family of four.

maison chaleureuse et charmante
avons passé une nuit lors d'un séjour à Beaumont à l'occasion d'un mariage. Accueil plus qu'agréable, propriétaires très chaleureux et très intéressants. Maison superbement décorée, chambre très confortable, petits déjeuners copieux...nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cette belle demeure que je ne peux que vous recommander.
Les chambres toutes neuves sont calmes, spacieuses et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Télé, wifi, rien ne manque...
Les petits déjeuners sont excellents et sentent bon les gateaux "maison".
Quant aux propriétaires ils ne demandent qu'à être connus...

Excellent séjour

Nous avons séjourné dans cette belle maison d'hôte en août 2014, et nous avons passé un agréable moment, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et notre chambre située au dernier étage était très calme et la literie excellente ! Tout était très propre et le linge de maison était en parfait état !
Pour ce qui relève du petit déjeuner, excellent encore avec beaucoup de produits faits maison délicieux ou des mets de très bonne qualité ! Juste un petit bémol sur le fait que cette bâtisse soit un peu excentrée de Clermont mais même avec un enfant en bas âge, et le tram nous avons pu nous y rendre.
