The Maison de Velours underwent a complete renovation in 2004 and is situated on a peaceful street in the heart of Villeneuve sur Lot. This charming guest house is divided into 5 rooms, accommodating up to 4 guests.

On the ground floor, you will find the Salle Bastide, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a laundry room and an inner courtyard adorned with beautiful plants.

The first floor offers two rooms: Choisy, which overlooks the tranquil courtyard and can accommodate 2 people, and Bastérou, also courtyard-facing and suitable for 2 guests. These rooms are connected by a communication door and can be rented together or separately. Additionally, there is Plaisance, a cozy room for 2 people with a sitting area overlooking the street.

The second floor features Gajac, a room for 2 people with street views, and Parasol, which can accommodate 2 to 4 guests and also overlooks the street. Similar to the first floor rooms, Gajac and Parasol are connected by a communication door and can be rented together or separately. Lastly, there is Bourgade, a small attic room for 1 person, which can only be rented alongside another room and does not have a private bathroom.

Each room at Maison de Velours boasts a cozy and unique decor and is equipped with twin or double beds, a bathroom with a stall shower, washbasin, and WC, kitchenettes with an electric stove, fridge, and sink, as well as crockery and utensils. Additional amenities include air conditioning, TV with stereo/CD capabilities, an interphone system, and WiFi access.
