Located in the picturesque village of St Symphorien de Mahun in the Ardeche Mountains, our guesthouse offers breathtaking views and a cozy atmosphere.The house, constructed with stones in the 19th century, features six rooms that can accommodate 2 to 4 people. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom and toilet. The spacious dining room, measuring 100m2, includes a charming fireplace, a library, an astronomical telescope, and various lounges for relaxation.
Outside, guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the swimming pool, ride the provided mountain bikes, or let their children have fun on the swing and slide. A shaded terrace offers a serene spot to admire the magnificent mountain scenery.
During the summer, we provide a refrigerator, table, and chairs in the garden for guests to enjoy picnics.
Catherine and Christophe, our hosts, prepare generous meals with a Mediterranean influence. They use fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced from local markets and small producers. The breakfast is a specialty, featuring homemade jams with over 70 different varieties, mixed with fruits, spices, honey, and flowers.
In terms of leisure and activities, guests have access to the swimming pool, mountain bikes, an astronomical telescope, a massage salon, and hiking maps. The village itself is a starting point for marked hiking paths and boasts two medieval churches and the ruins of Mahun castle.

To reach your destination coming from Lyon, you will need to follow these steps. First, take the A7 highway and continue until you reach the ANNONAY-ST RAMBERT OF ALBON exit, which is located just after VIENNA (VIENNE). After exiting the highway, follow the signs towards ANNONAY and then continue in the direction of SATILLIEU-LA LOUVESC. Once you reach SATILLIEU, you will need to turn right onto a small road called ST SYMPHORIEN DE MAHUN.

If you are coming from the South, the following directions will guide you to your destination. Start by taking the A7 highway and exit at SILVERING THE HERMITAGE. From there, follow the signs towards St Vallier. Once you reach St Vallier, cross the bridge to Sarras and continue following the route to Satillieu. Finally, at Satillieu, make a right turn following the indication for St Symphorien de Mahun.
