It offers a spacious work surface with a ceramic hob, a stainless steel sink, a mini oven, a microwave, a toaster, utensils, dishes, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a fridge freezer, a washing machine, and a table with chairs.

2. The bedroom is separate and boasts a comfortable king-size bed (1m60). It also includes a wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors, two bedside tables, a console, internet and television access, and the option of air conditioning at an additional cost.

3. The bathroom has been renovated and features a shower, a sink unit, an integrated toilet, and an additional sink.

4. Lastly, there is a small terrace that overlooks the garden, complete with garden furniture, and a designated parking space for your car.
