Located in a quiet town, this house features beautiful double bedrooms, a spacious living area, a courtyard with a glass door, as well as amenities like a washing machine, dishwasher, and TV.

Just a 10-minute drive from the Old Port of La Rochelle, this house offers plenty of natural light and spacious rooms with modern furnishings. The ground floor includes a large living area, entrance, toilet, and storage space (including a washing machine, etc.). The open-plan kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher and induction cooktops) features a bar and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. Additionally, there is a TV.

For the option of accommodating 6 to 8 people, there is an additional double bedroom with a separate bathroom and toilet, as well as an independent entrance.

On the upper floor, you will find two beautiful double bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed and the other with two single beds), a bathroom, and a toilet.

There are plenty of storage options throughout the house, and the glass door opens up to the courtyard, where you can enjoy a terrace area.
