Adorned with a mix of vintage furnishings and contemporary artwork by Stefania Fior, each room is equipped with a private bathroom and heating. The original structure has been preserved, revealing beautiful wooden beams and a grand entrance door that leads to a terrace overlooking a vast garden with lush trees. Nestled amidst woods, meadows, and olive groves, the property also boasts a serene pool. Additionally, a small river awaits you just over 400 meters away, hidden within the stunning hills.

Located on the ground floor, the breakfast room offers a delightful buffet. Indulge in homemade cakes and traditional recipes passed down from our grandmothers, accompanied by our own jams made from pesticide-free, naturally fertilized fruits harvested from our trees. You can pair these delectable treats with typical Umbrian white bread or rye bread baked in our ovens, and enjoy the freshness of seasonal fruits. Of course, coffee and milk are also available to complete your breakfast experience.
